Proven track record

Since our founding, we’ve established a proven track record. Currently, we manage six portfolios, containing over $6 billion in real estate assets. Prior to co-founding LCN, Edward V. LaPuma successfully originated, negotiated, and closed over $2.3 billion in sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments across North America, Europe, and Asia.
