Mr. Mahesh is an Associate at LCN Capital Partners, where he works on asset management for the North American real estate portfolio. 

Prior to joining LCN, Mr. Mahesh served as an Analyst in the Structured Finance practice at Ernst & Young. He focused on the pricing and valuation of structured products and due diligence of private-label RMBS (Residential Mortgage-Backed Security) transactions.

Mr. Mahesh received his B.S. from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management, where he majored in Finance.
