Mr. Vieira Neto is a Vice President at LCN Capital Partners where he works on deal origination, underwriting, due diligence and financing investments acquisitions of the firm’s European real estate portfolio.

Before joining LCN, Mr. Vieira Neto spent over 6 years at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal where he served as an Associate in C&W’s Capital Markets Department, advising domestic and international clients on acquisitions, disposals – including sale-leasebacks –, reposition and repurpose strategies of offices, logistics and retail properties, on asset and share deal structures, income producing, greenfield, brownfield and BTS projects, conducting the planning, valuation, negotiation, due diligence and financing. Having been involved in transactions worth over 900M€.

Mr. Vieira Neto received his J.D. with a specialization in Public and Regulatory Law from Universidad Metropolitana.
