Mr. Leventhal is a Partner and General Counsel at LCN Capital Partners where he is responsible for managing all legal aspects of the LCN’s investments and operations.

Prior to joining LCN, Mr. Leventhal was in private practice for over 10 years focusing on commercial real estate finance and private equity at international law firms including Reed Smith LLP and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Mr. Leventhal has represented institutional real estate investors in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of commercial real estate throughout North America and Europe, including extensive experience with sale-leaseback and build-to-suit financing transactions.

Mr. Leventhal received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
