Mr. Niećko is a Legal Counsel at LCN Capital Partners. He is responsible for all legal aspects related to internal corporate structuring, investments, divestments and day-to-day management, as well as compliance matters. 

Prior to joining LCN, Mr Niećko held the role of Associate at Greenberg Traurig Warsaw, where he focused his practice on real estate transactions, including assisting foreign and domestic investors in acquisitions of real estate and real estate companies, real estate development project, lease management and the due diligence of companies and assets. 

Mr. Niećko graduated from Catholic University of Lublin and Warsaw Bar Association and he was admitted to the roll of attorney-at-law in the national bar (the Warsaw district).
