Mr. Ouaj is a Vice President at LCN Capital Partners where he works on the acquisitions, asset management, and internal support of the firm’s European real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining LCN, Mr. Ouaj interned at W.P. Carey and served as an Analyst in CBRE’s Capital Markets Department where he focused on the Arranging & Structuring of Real Estate Debt and Buy & Sell-Side advice for (NPL) Real Estate Portfolio Transactions.

Mr. Ouaj received his MSc in Business Administration from The School of Business and Economics of VU University Amsterdam and holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences of Utrecht.
