Mr. Ruza is the European Chief Financial Officer and manages the finance, controlling and accounting operations of LCN in Europe. 

Prior to joining LCN, he worked as controller (team leader) in Colony Capital Luxembourg, leading a team of accounting managers, senior accountants and financial controllers. Mr. Ruza was responsible for Pan-European real estate, private equity and debt structures. Prior to that, he worked over 10 years on various positions in Deloitte and EY with specialization in real estate, private equity, banking and leasing industry.

Mr. Tomas Ruza graduated with a Master degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Economics in Prague. In 2010 he completed the ACCA qualification and is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. Mr. Tomas Ruza is fluent in English, German and Czech.
